I do the combination on Nyala after each 10 days and use a child unscented wipe which I dipped straight into Witch Hazel to scrub her tail just about every two-3 days. Oh and also you really know what? Just after cleansing the tail for months, the tail pocket is easier to clear.... like it opened up
